This review is solely regarding customer service. I fully respect a business declining an opportunity. However, after reaching out multiple times via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls, as well as receiving repeated assurances that someone would get back to me, I was disappointed that a simple “not interested” was only communicated after more than a week and only after I followed up yet again. Respecting other people’s time is crucial in any professional environment, and a timely response would have been greatly appreciated.

All of the staffs were accommodating, and they make top tier makeup and service. Definitely worth it to participate even for free.
