An unforgettable experience at Makeup Atelier Training Center Dubai! We are a tourism company from Brazil, specialized in international educational and professional experiences, and we had the pleasure of bringing a large group of professionals to Dubai for a makeup training experience at Makeup Atelier Training Center. I can confidently say, on behalf of our entire group, that this was an incredible experience. From the first contact until the end of our stay, we felt welcomed, supported, and truly valued. The course was much more than a technical class. The team generously shared professional makeup techniques, industry knowledge, and also introduced us to the beauty culture and traditions behind Arabic makeup. This cultural exchange made the experience even more special and memorable for everyone. The structure of Makeup Atelier Training Center is excellent, with a professional environment, great facilities, and a wonderful atmosphere for learning. The access to the products and the store experience were also important highlights for our group. Our visit happened during a very challenging period, with conflicts in the Middle East creating uncertainty about possible flight cancellations and changes in travel plans. During this entire process, the Makeup Atelier team was extremely supportive, attentive, and available to help us with every situation. Whether it was the possibility of changing dates, assisting participants with individual flight issues, or adapting plans due to unexpected circumstances, they showed incredible professionalism and care. This level of hospitality and partnership was essential for our group. It demonstrated that Makeup Atelier is not only a place for high-quality education but also an organization that truly cares about the people who visit them. This review is solely regarding customer service. I fully respect a business declining an opportunity. However, after reaching out multiple times via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls, as well as receiving repeated assurances that someone would get back to me, I was disappointed that a simple “not interested” was only communicated after more than a week and only after I followed up yet again. Respecting other people’s time is crucial in any professional environment, and a timely response would have been greatly appreciated.

All of the staffs were accommodating, and they make top tier makeup and service. Definitely worth it to participate even for free.
