My stay at Jumeirah Beach Hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the gentle sea breeze and the stunning views of the turquoise Arabian Gulf, setting the tone for a relaxing and luxurious escape. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, elegance, and outstanding hospitality, with beautifully designed spaces, calming interiors, and a serene atmosphere throughout. Every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our experience enjoyable. Small thoughtful touches—warm greetings, prompt assistance, and seamless service—made each moment feel effortless and special. A special appreciation goes to Chef Omran, whose incredible dishes and attention to detail made every meal a highlight of our stay. Each plate was a work of art, bursting with rich flavours, fresh ingredients, and beautifully balanced presentation. The aromas alone were inviting, and every bite reflected his creativity, passion, and dedication. His professionalism and warm hospitality were evident in every interaction, making dining not just a meal, but a memorable experience. A truly exceptional experience! This hotel is a perfect 10/10 in every way. From the moment you step into the hotel, you’re welcomed with genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality. The service and friendliness of every staff member are truly top-notch. One feature we especially loved was the complimentary buggy service, which made it incredibly easy to travel between the other Jumeirah hotels and Madinat Jumeirah (Souk Madinat Jumeirah). We stayed on a bed-and-breakfast basis, and breakfast quickly became one of the highlights of our stay. Chef Shawky helped us with all the requests every morning, and under the excellent leadership of Manoj, Mohamed took exceptional care of us in the restaurant. He made us feel genuinely welcome every single day. We’d also like to thank Mandy and Armando, who fulfilled every request with kindness, professionalism, and a smile. One of the most memorable moments of our stay was our daughter’s birthday. The hotel went above and beyond to make her feel special. They surprised her with a beautiful birthday cake delivered to our room, and the breakfast team celebrated her again the following morning with another wonderful birthday surprise. Seeing the smiles on our daughter’s face made the experience unforgettable, and we truly appreciate the thought and effort everyone put into making her day so special. At reception, Shams gave us a wonderful first impression. He welcomed us warmly and surprised us by upgrading our room to a Family room, which was a very thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special. A special thank you also goes to Bina from Housekeeping for keeping our room spotless, and to Bishal and Sandeep at the pool, who were always attentive, friendly, and provided outstanding service. Last but not least, the gym! J Club is an outstanding facility with a fantastic atmosphere, beautiful views, and an incredibly helpful and welcoming team. The only downside of our stay was that Wild Wadi Waterpark was closed. In fact, one of the main reasons we booked Jumeirah Beach Hotel was because of the included access to Wild Wadi. However, I didn’t want this to affect my overall rating, because the exceptional service, genuine friendliness, and hospitality of the hotel staff more than made up for it. Hopefully, we’ll have the opportunity to experience Wild Wadi on our next visit. I’ve visited Dubai before for business, but this was the first time I came with my family. Thanks to the incredible team at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, my wife and children have already started planning our trip back for next year. Thank you to the entire Jumeirah family for making our holiday so memorable. We can’t wait to see you again!

My stay at Jumeirah Beach Hotel from July 8th to 10th was extremely disappointing and left my family with serious concerns. During our stay in suite 2026, we experienced multiple issues with the water system. One of the most concerning incidents was that the tap water became dangerously hot without warning. It happened twice, and my young son was exposed to the hot water. Thankfully, he was not seriously injured, but it was a significant safety concern. We reported these issues to the hotel during our stay. On Thursday, July 9th, we dined at Dhow and Anchor. Shortly afterwards, I became seriously unwell with severe vomiting and required medical attention. My doctors are still investigating the exact cause, so I can’t say with certainty what caused my illness. However, The timing immediately after the meal was concerning. I appreciate that the hotel has followed up as part of its investigation, but the combination of these issues made this a distressing experience for my whole family. I hope the hotel thoroughly investigates these matters, addresses safety concerns, and takes meaningful steps to prevent this from happening to others.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel from start to finish. The property was spotless, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. I especially want to thank Prashant, who really made my stay memorable. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always happy to help with anything I needed. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his friendly attitude made such a positive difference. It’s people like Prashant who turn a great hotel stay into an exceptional one. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, great facilities, and a truly enjoyable stay.

My recent stay at Jumeirah Beach Hotel for my birthday was wonderful!! Special thanks to Amir from reception who handled our check-in and arranged a late check-out, and to Lamia from Guest Relations, who was very helpful, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. She also kindly extended our late check-out again on the last day, which we truly appreciated. The birthday setup in the room was beautiful, with lovely decorations, fruits, and a chocolate cake, and the room itself was amazing with a balcony. We really appreciated their hospitality and excellent service!

We recently stayed at Jumeirah Beach Hotel with our four-year-old daughter, booking through Emirates Holidays as a package. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing overall. The main reason we chose this hotel was the advertised access to Wild Wadi Waterpark. This was clearly shown during booking, but only later in the small print did it mention the waterpark was closed. This was very disappointing, especially as it was the main reason for our stay with a young child. The hotel was also undergoing significant renovation work, with several restaurants and areas closed and visible construction around the property. While we understand upgrades are necessary, it did impact the relaxed holiday feel. The room felt dated and poorly maintained. The carpets were stained, there was mould visible in the grout, and tiles were chipped. Overall, it was clear the room is in need of refurbishment. The fridge in the room was also completely empty throughout our stay, which felt unusual compared to other Dubai hotels where a stocked minibar is typically provided. Breakfast was served in a large ballroom with a fairly basic selection compared to other 5-star hotels we’ve stayed in, and it wasn’t made clear that items like omelettes could be ordered until a few days in. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the valet service was excellent, the gym facilities were fantastic, and the grounds were well maintained. The Kids Club was also modern and clean, although the check-in process felt quite informal compared to other hotels. We also enjoyed the food at The Anchor restaurant, and the Sunday roast was surprisingly good. However, overall we felt the hotel did not meet expectations for the price point or reputation, and unfortunately we would not choose to return.

Unfortunately, our stay this year was disappointing and did not reflect the excellent experience we had at your hotel last year. Our main concerns were: • Complimentary room upgrade was declined due to a promised special occasion setup, which was never prepared during our stay. • Several family-friendly touches provided during our previous stay, such as the Mint stuffed toys and children’s slippers, were not offered this year. • Housekeeping did not service our room despite repeated requests, even though we had a late check-out. • A bag containing my children’s milk and food items was withheld due to a milk warmer inside, and despite multiple requests, it was not delivered promptly. • On the day of departure, the appliance was returned to our room while we were away, and the room door was left open with all our belongings inside, creating a serious security concern. • We waited more than 30 minutes for luggage assistance during check-out. The warmth and hospitality that Jumeirah is known for seemed to be missing during this visit. Simple touches such as a welcome drink, fruit basket, sweets, or chocolates were not offered. These small details may seem minor, but they are what make a stay feel special and memorable. As returning guests, we are saddened that this visit fell far below the standards we experienced previously and the level of service we expect from the Jumeirah brand. Sadly, what should have been a memorable family holiday became a disappointing experience, and we left feeling that the service and attention to detail were significantly below the standards associated with the Jumeirah brand.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ We had a lovely family stay at Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for two adults and two children. The hotel is very family-friendly, with a dedicated kids’ club, a children’s pool, and a large family pool, making it an excellent choice for families with young kids. The breakfast was great, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the food by the pool was delicious. Check-in was smooth, and overall the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. One area that could be improved is the service speed, which felt a little slow at times. I also noticed something that I didn’t particularly like regarding the water bottles provided in the room. The bottles appeared worn and reused, and the water seemed to be refillable rather than sealed bottled water. For a hotel with the reputation of Jumeirah Beach Hotel, I would expect fresh, sealed premium bottled water to be provided, as presentation and attention to detail make a difference in the overall guest experience. Other than that, everything was excellent. Overall, it’s a wonderful hotel for families and children, and I would highly recommend it for a family vacation rather than a couples’ getaway. 🌊☀️🤍

Everything during my stay was excellent except for the breakfast buffet experience. I ordered a coffee and waited 15 minutes. After following up, it still didn’t arrive, so I went to the barista myself. The same staff member later asked if I wanted a "skinny latte" despite my earlier requests. I finally received my coffee after 30 minutes. The main issue was repeated interruptions at our table during breakfast: 1. He offered another coffee as an apology immediately after I started drinking my coffee 2. He asked again halfway through my cup of coffee 3. He returned a third time just to apologize for the delay 4. He brought a plate of fruit we didn’t order. We felt uncomfortable refusing it since we don’t like wasting food, and fruit isn’t part of our breakfast The frequent interruptions made breakfast awkward for me and my guests. Attentive service is welcome, but timing and reading the table are key. I hope this helps with staff training on service etiquette and timing.
