Connected with you for the first time because of the good reviews, so I decided to place an order for gift hampers. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be very disappointing. Since last week, I was communicating with the salesperson Mahmoud regarding the hampers. In the beginning, everything was smooth and fast. Due to my unavailability, I decided to place the order on Monday, and he assured me that everything would be ready once payment was made. On Monday, I increased the quantity from 9 to 10 pieces and asked a few final questions regarding the hampers. After finalizing the payment and negotiation, I was informed that some of the items included in the agreed hamper were suddenly unavailable. Instead of taking responsibility, the blame was shifted to me for not making payment the previous week. Still, I adjusted with their changes and completed the payment. The next day, I received 10 hampers, but only 3 were correct according to my order, while 7 were completely wrong. Even after delivery, I kept trying to communicate with them to receive the hampers I had actually paid for. Unfortunately, Mahmoud never stayed true to his word and rarely provided timely updates. Every time I followed up, there was a new problem instead of a solution. As a customer, I felt like I was the one giving solutions, while every request was met with “not possible.” Even now, I am still waiting for a proper update and resolution regarding the gift hampers I originally ordered.

Very poor customer service experience. I ordered 10 pieces of the Grand Celebration Hamper gift set. First, they confirmed the order and later informed me that the product was out of stock. Then they said they had a different model available, which we agreed to. However, in the end, they delivered the wrong order altogether. The communication was confusing, and the service was disappointing. I expected better order handling and customer support. Unfortunately, this experience was not satisfactory.
