The dining experiences were truly outstanding, with both breakfast and dinner offering an incredible variety of delicious, exquisitely prepared dishes. The level of service throughout the property was unparalleled. Our room was impeccably cleaned twice a day, and the evening turndown service created such a peaceful atmosphere to unwind. Receiving charming, thoughtful gifts in our room almost every day was such a delightful touch that made us feel exceptionally pampered. Beyond the room, the resort itself is paradise. The beach is massive, pristine, and breathtakingly beautiful, while the pools provided the perfect setting for relaxation. What truly sets Banyan Tree Dubai apart, however, is its extraordinary team. We want to extend a special, heartfelt thank you to Khin, Temi, Myat, and Kathlyn at the restaurant for their wonderful warmth, attentiveness, and remarkable service during our meals. We also want to deeply express our gratitude to Michael at reception for his seamless hospitality, kindness, and professional care right from check-in. We had a truly fantastic time and are already looking forward to our next visit. Banyan Tree Dubai has gained lifelong guests, and we cannot wait to return!

I had the pleasure of spending the afternoon at Banyan Tree Dubai today, 26th July 2026 arriving at 14:30, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality of the team made me feel incredibly welcome. A special thank you goes to Nelson and Mathew, who went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my visit was perfect. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and friendly approach truly elevated the experience. The entire team on duty at both the pool and beach deserves recognition. Every interaction was met with a smile, prompt service, and a sincere willingness to help. It’s rare to encounter a team that consistently delivers such outstanding service while making guests feel so valued and cared for. The beautiful surroundings, combined with the impeccable service, created a truly memorable and relaxing day. Thank you to everyone who made my visit so special. We had a planned a 2D1N in Banyan Tree, we are a group of friends with kids, celebrating a birthday and our anniversary. The whole lot of us had a wonderful time! The kids in particular were occupied mostly which kept them busy and allowed the parents to do their things. we spend most of our time in the pool and the lifeguards were very aware that we had children under 5 and kept a lookout for us the entire time. My husband and I were lucky to have been given a room upgrade as when we checked in, the room was not ready yet. big spacious, luxurious and had a nice welcoming cake and fruit bowl waiting. that said, there are a few people i definitely want to thank! CK, Aung, Jean, Ayu, Ita, Selim, Nadia were amazing and looked after us very well from the moment we entered the hotel until we left. The other crew Patrick, Michael, Mango and Ahmad made sure we got our rides all sorted, from cars, to buggy rides, to short distances. my friends and i said this is a must return to hotel and we look forward to coming back again!

My stay at Banyan Tree Bluewaters was overall excellent. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are outstanding, and the level of hospitality provided by the team was truly exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, which made the stay very enjoyable. However, the breakfast experience was a major disappointment and unfortunately the weakest part of the entire stay. For a luxury property such as Banyan Tree, the breakfast offering was surprisingly limited, lacking both variety and generosity. The selection was very restricted, with minimal choices compared to other luxury hotels in Dubai. There was very little diversity in the food options, and the overall experience did not reflect the standards expected from a five-star resort. While the hotel, service, and hospitality deserve the highest praise, the breakfast was honestly one of the most disappointing breakfast experiences I have had in Dubai. It simply did not match the quality and excellence demonstrated throughout the rest of the property. I sincerely hope management reviews and improves this aspect of the guest experience, as the hotel and its team deserve a breakfast offering that reflects the true Banyan Tree standard.

The resort is stunning — beautiful villas, breathtaking views, world-class facilities, and an incredibly relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel completely pampered. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the outstanding service, especially from Kabir. From the very first day, Kabir went above and beyond with his warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. He remembered our preferences, offered perfect recommendations, and always had a friendly smile and positive energy. His attention to detail and dedication made us feel like valued guests. Kabir is an absolute star — one of the best waiters we’ve ever encountered anywhere in the world. He turned every meal and interaction into a highlight of our trip. Weekend escape at Banyan Tree Dubai on Bluewaters My husband and I booked a standard double room just for the weekend — to change the scenery after work and recharge a little. We had previously stayed at a Banyan Tree resort in Malaysia and really loved the concept. The Dubai property is also maintained to a very high standard. The location is Bluewaters, one of the most beautiful tourist destinations in Dubai. We had a room overlooking the bay and the beach — spacious, clean, very comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. One thing we especially appreciated was the hotel’s commitment to sustainability: no unnecessary plastic, and even the coffee capsules come without plastic packaging. The hotel features a swimming pool, gym, and barbecue grill area. The gym, by the way, is excellent — modern equipment, spotless facilities, and a very comfortable setup. Breakfast was a highlight: plenty of options, delicious food, and an incredible selection of pastries. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I even lost my parking ticket, but we simply provided our car number and they quickly found it without any hassle. The beach is very clean, beautiful, and peaceful. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a weekend escape in Dubai when you’re looking for great service, beautiful views, and that feeling of having truly relaxed.

We had an amazing experience at Banyan Tree Dubai. The atmosphere by the pool was luxurious, especially relaxing on the sofa area with such a beautiful view and excellent service. A special thank you to our waiter Neeraj, who did a great job throughout our visit. He was attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcomed. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary fruit bowl. Everything felt very high-end and well taken care of. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I celebrated my birthday at the hotel as part of their Iftar on the beach sunset experience. Leading up to it, Eslam made speedy responses to all of my enquiries and helped me feel so organised. It was truly one of the most magical experiences I have had! The food was outstanding. The service was amazing from the servers Bimal, Sangam Paras and Salman. The set up on the beach was beautiful. I’m so impressed by the venue and I can’t wait to return!

Without exaggeration, this is one of the best vacations we have ever had. The hotel is incredible! The service is of the highest level, the staff is always available — you barely have time to think, and they are already taking care of it. Hospitality 10/10! The location is excellent; the beach and pool area will truly impress you, creating an atmosphere of total comfort. The food, breakfasts, and restaurants — absolutely everything is delicious and varied. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel is modern, stylish, and cozy. We will definitely come back
