Banyan Tree Dubai

My stay at Banyan Tree Bluewaters was overall excellent. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are outstanding, and the level of hospitality provided by the team was truly exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, which made the stay very enjoyable. However, the breakfast experience was a major disappointment and unfortunately the weakest part of the entire stay. For a luxury property such as Banyan Tree, the breakfast offering was surprisingly limited, lacking both variety and generosity. The selection was very restricted, with minimal choices compared to other luxury hotels in Dubai. There was very little diversity in the food options, and the overall experience did not reflect the standards expected from a five-star resort. While the hotel, service, and hospitality deserve the highest praise, the breakfast was honestly one of the most disappointing breakfast experiences I have had in Dubai. It simply did not match the quality and excellence demonstrated throughout the rest of the property. I sincerely hope management reviews and improves this aspect of the guest experience, as the hotel and its team deserve a breakfast offering that reflects the true Banyan Tree standard.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Banyan Tree Dubai and it truly exceeded all expectations. The resort is stunning — beautiful villas, breathtaking views, world-class facilities, and an incredibly relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel completely pampered. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the outstanding service, especially from Kabir. From the very first day, Kabir went above and beyond with his warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. He remembered our preferences, offered perfect recommendations, and always had a friendly smile and positive energy. His attention to detail and dedication made us feel like valued guests. Kabir is an absolute star — one of the best waiters we’ve ever encountered anywhere in the world. He turned every meal and interaction into a highlight of our trip. Thank you Banyan Tree Dubai and especially Kabir for the incredible hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!
