We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with spacious and comfortable rooms offering spectacular views. The staff were always friendly, professional, and very helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Shahid and Anita, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and available to help us every day. Their hospitality truly made our experience even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back!

We have been staying long term at this hotel this time and overally happy for our stay. All staffs are kind and helpful all the times. And dining at the Artisan Kitchen restaurant multiple times a day. I had a wonderful experience here. I’ve visited multiple times for meetings and training sessions, and the service has been consistently outstanding. The hospitality is exceptional, making every visit comfortable and enjoyable. A special thanks to Megha and Anita for their warm, attentive service at the restaurant, they truly made every meal a pleasant experience. Yoon has also been incredibly helpful and professional, providing excellent support throughout our time at the venue. Kudos to the entire team for their dedication and hospitality. I had an amazing dining experience at Artisan Kitchen in Bab Al Qasr Hotel, Abu Dhabi. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist, Dua, welcomed us with a warm smile and arranged a wonderful table for us, making us feel valued from the start. The restaurant offers a great variety of dishes to suit every taste. I especially enjoyed the beef steak and the fried seafood, both of which were cooked perfectly. The seafood soup was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. They also have an impressive selection of desserts, and the Mango Kunafa was my favorite it was simply amazing. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the food and service. Another great convenience is the complimentary valet parking, which made our visit even more comfortable. Overall, Artisan Kitchen exceeded my expectations with its excellent food, outstanding hospitality, and relaxing atmosphere. A special thank you to Dua for her exceptional welcome. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be coming back.
