I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the Front Office team for making my stay from 28 May to 20 June such a pleasant and memorable experience. A special thank you goes to Thia, Zain, Ryan, and Maryam for their professionalism, kindness, positive attitude, and consistent willingness to assist. Their warm welcome, genuine care, and excellent customer service reflected the high standards of hospitality that guests hope to experience. I would also like to recognize Theresa, who handled room service and guest calls during the evenings. Her courtesy, responsiveness, and professional manner were always appreciated and contributed greatly to the comfort of my stay. The reception team is the first and last impression of any hotel, and the quality of guest experience is often shaped by the people who represent the property at the front desk. I therefore encourage management to continue investing in and supporting team members who demonstrate professionalism, empathy, consistency, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Had an amazing dinner buffet experience at The Artisan Kitchen, Bab Al Qasr Hotel. The place is beautiful, clean, and truly feels premium. Food spread was fantastic — so many choices, fresh, and every dish tasted delicious. Special shoutout to Joel and Joaud— they were so friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed.
