The service levels from the staff is exceptional, particularly for a hotel of this size. The facilities & scale of the hotel + waterpark means you have all you need to stay within the Atlantis bubble, we rarely if ever leave the premises. The newly upgraded kids club is also fantastic, offering a wide range of activities & play opportunities

I had an amazing experience at Atlantis The Palm, and it was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday. My stay was truly unforgettable, and a big part of that was thanks to Mr. Mustafa. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and always took the time to help us with anything we needed. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful, but Mr. Mustafa's exceptional service really stood out. Thank you for making my birthday so special. I will always remember this wonderful experience and can't wait to come back!

Great time with the family. Pricing could be a little better. Check in was fairly smooth except having to pay extra due to my kids not being on the reservation causing an increase in price even though the room sleeps 4 people. 2100 aed for a room and park/aquarium access with nothing else added at the time of our stay. Main pool was closed but that was known ahead of time but the family pool had plenty of space as well as another pool by the water front. We had our luggage within about 10 minutes of being in the room. Breakfast room service was a reasonable time frame. Great experience otherwise only 4 stars due to general pricing at the hotel/restaurants etc.

Our stay at Atlantis was absolutely phenomenal! The hotel exceeded all our expectations with its beautiful facilities, exceptional service, and incredible attention to detail. The Kids Club was a standout experience. The staff Sep, Kitkat, piya, juju, snowflake, donky were warm, caring, and engaging, making our children feel welcome from the moment they arrived. There were so many fun and creative activities that kept them entertained, giving us peace of mind and time to relax. Everything about our stay was memorable, and we can’t wait to return. We highly recommend Atlantis to families looking for a luxurious and unforgettable vacation!

Our stay at Atlantis The Palm in Dubai was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt truly luxurious, with stunning architecture, a grand lobby, and exceptional attention to detail. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help, making us feel well looked after throughout our stay. The room was spacious, spotless, and offered breathtaking views. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the housekeeping team kept everything in perfect condition every day. One of the biggest highlights was complimentary access to Aquaventure Waterpark and The Lost Chambers Aquarium. Both are fantastic attractions and add incredible value to the stay. Whether you're travelling as a couple or with family, there's always something to do. The private beach and swimming pools were also excellent, with plenty of space to relax. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a huge variety of international cuisine with fresh, high-quality food. We also enjoyed dining at several of the resort's restaurants, all of which delivered excellent service and memorable meals. The only downside is that the resort can get quite busy, especially during peak times, and some restaurants require advance reservations. It's also one of the more expensive hotels in Dubai, but the facilities, service, and overall experience make it worth the price. Overall, Atlantis The Palm is more than just a hotel, it's a destination in itself. If you're looking for a luxury holiday with world-class amenities, incredible dining, and unforgettable experiences, I highly recommend it. We would happily return and rate it

I didn't stay at the hotel, but I visited it and it was an amazing experience. Getting there on the Palm Monorail was already part of the adventure, with incredible views all the way. The hotel is absolutely stunning, and the huge aquarium inside is something you have to see in person. I also loved walking around and exploring the different areas. There are several famous restaurants, including ones by well-known Italian chefs. Everything felt luxurious and well designed. Definitely worth visiting even if you're not staying there! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our stay at Atlantis The Palm was absolutely amazing! We visited with our entire family and had the most wonderful staycation experience. The rooms were spotless, and the level of cleanliness was truly impressive. Every member of the staff we interacted with was incredibly helpful, efficient, and always ready to assist with a smile. A very special shout-out to Kaushi, the floor manager, and Sandeep, our housekeeper during our stay. They truly made our experience even more memorable. They took such wonderful care of our children, ensured that all our needs were met, and paid so much attention to the little details that meant the world to us. From surprising the kids with goodies throughout our stay to giving them little souvenirs to remember the trip by, their kindness and thoughtfulness did not go unnoticed. Thank you to the entire team at Atlantis The Palm for creating such special memories for our family. We will definitely be visiting again and cannot wait for our next stay!

The water park was beautiful, exciting, and so much fun for the whole family. The breakfast buffet was on another level. Everything was incredibly delicious, with an impressive variety of options. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. Room service was excellent and exceeded our expectations. What stood out most was the staff. From the security team to the hotel staff and room service crew, everyone greeted us with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. Their hospitality made our stay even more memorable. The only small suggestion I would make is for the music at the kids' pool area. At times it felt a little loud and didn't quite match the fun, tropical atmosphere. Some upbeat island-style music would make the pool experience even better. Overall, we had an incredible stay and cannot wait to return. I've taken my family 6 times over the course of the last 7 years and will continue to come back because of the amazing service from front office to back office and everything in between. The food quality and options are top notch, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the pools and water park never disappoints. Special thanks to Zachi and Ravi at the front desk for the excellent hospitality shown on our most recent stay last week.
