Our stay at Atlantis The Palm was absolutely amazing! We visited with our entire family and had the most wonderful staycation experience. The rooms were spotless, and the level of cleanliness was truly impressive. Every member of the staff we interacted with was incredibly helpful, efficient, and always ready to assist with a smile. A very special shout-out to Kaushi, the floor manager, and Sandeep, our housekeeper during our stay. They truly made our experience even more memorable. They took such wonderful care of our children, ensured that all our needs were met, and paid so much attention to the little details that meant the world to us. From surprising the kids with goodies throughout our stay to giving them little souvenirs to remember the trip by, their kindness and thoughtfulness did not go unnoticed. Thank you to the entire team at Atlantis The Palm for creating such special memories for our family. We will definitely be visiting again and cannot wait for our next stay!

We had an exceptional staycation at Atlantis, The Palm and thoroughly enjoyed our time with family and friends. A special thank you to Mr. Monaf, the Manager, for his outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care. He went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We would also like to thank Dana from front desk for her kindness and support throughout our visit. Everything was excellent, and we created wonderful memories. We will definitely be back again! Highly recommended.
