He gave good food recommendations as well. The service I got was a 5-star service. Definitely will come back to this hotel

Amazing experience, especially the pool and the bar! The pool area at Anantara The Palm is absolutely stunning – large, beautifully designed, with crystal-clear water and super comfortable loungers. Perfect for relaxing all day with the Palm Jumeirah view in the background. The staff were attentive with towels and drinks. And the bar? Excellent. Great atmosphere, well-made cocktails, and really friendly bartenders.

I recently visited Mekong restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, with great flavors and presentation, and the atmosphere was both welcoming and comfortable. What truly stood out, however, was the service. Our waiter, Soe Nay Arnish, was exceptionally attentive, professional, and friendly throughout the entire visit. He made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to ensure we felt well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, especially thanks to the outstanding service provided by Soe Nay Arnish. I will certainly be coming back again.

Our stay at Anantara has easily become one of our favorite staycations. What stood out the most was the genuine warmth and hospitality of every staff member we encountered, from the reception team to the restaurant staff. Their attentiveness and kindness made us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay. Every concern and request we had was handled with care and professionalism. A special thank you to Mr. Stephen for going above and beyond in helping us locate our lost luggage. We are also grateful to Ms. Jane from Crescendo for making our dinner experience extra special, to Mr. Ibrahim at Reception for kindly extending our stay, and to Mr. Amro for arranging a wonderful room for us. Your exceptional service did not go unnoticed and made our celebration even more memorable. As for the dining experience, dinner at Crescendo was good, but breakfast was the real highlight. The variety of food and drinks was impressive, and everything was beautifully prepared. From hearty breakfast favorites to refreshing beverages, there was something for everyone to enjoy. We came for a relaxing birthday getaway, and we left with wonderful memories and grateful hearts. Not only were our tummies full, but our hearts were too. ❤️ Thank you, Anantara, for making our stay so special. We look forward to coming back again.

This was our second stay at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, and once again the experience was outstanding. In fact, this visit has made us already look forward to planning many more stays in the future. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality, comfort, and attention to detail made us feel welcomed and valued. The resort offers a beautiful atmosphere, excellent facilities, and a truly relaxing experience. One thing we especially appreciated was the exceptional guest care shown by the team. As Indian vegetarians, we initially found limited vegetarian options, but the team went above and beyond to arrange special dishes for us. This thoughtful gesture and personalized service made our stay even more memorable and demonstrated genuine care for guest satisfaction. A special appreciation to all the support staff who were always warm, responsive, and eager to help with a smile. Their professionalism and dedication added a personal touch that made a real difference. Thank you to the entire team for another unforgettable stay. Excellent hospitality, excellent service, and truly outstanding guest care. Highly recommended — and we are already planning to come back again.
