Our stay at Anantara has easily become one of our favorite staycations. What stood out the most was the genuine warmth and hospitality of every staff member we encountered, from the reception team to the restaurant staff. Their attentiveness and kindness made us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay. Every concern and request we had was handled with care and professionalism. A special thank you to Mr. Stephen for going above and beyond in helping us locate our lost luggage. We are also grateful to Ms. Jane from Crescendo for making our dinner experience extra special, to Mr. Ibrahim at Reception for kindly extending our stay, and to Mr. Amro for arranging a wonderful room for us. Your exceptional service did not go unnoticed and made our celebration even more memorable. As for the dining experience, dinner at Crescendo was good, but breakfast was the real highlight. The variety of food and drinks was impressive, and everything was beautifully prepared. From hearty breakfast favorites to refreshing beverages, there was something for everyone to enjoy. We came for a relaxing birthday getaway, and we left with wonderful memories and grateful hearts.
