Abbas was my waiter for the day and I have to say his customer service was just amazing. Kind, professional and ready to accommodate my needs. I felt so welcomed and taken care of. He gave good food recommendations as well. The service I got was a 5-star service. Definitely will come back to this hotel

We had an amazing experience at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort! We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The beautiful lagoon and swimming pools create such a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. The service was outstanding, and the entire team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. The food and drinks were delicious, with a great variety and excellent quality. Everything was beautifully presented and made our experience even more special. A wonderful place with a fantastic team ( thank you mr.Shan), beautiful surroundings, and exceptional hospitality. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back!

Amazing experience, especially the pool and the bar! The pool area at Anantara The Palm is absolutely stunning – large, beautifully designed, with crystal-clear water and super comfortable loungers. Perfect for relaxing all day with the Palm Jumeirah view in the background. The staff were attentive with towels and drinks. And the bar? Excellent. Great atmosphere, well-made cocktails, and really friendly bartenders.
