We went here for a couple holiday vacation, the Hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, the hotel extrimeites and restaurants were top tier and very enjoyable. From arrival and until leaving the hotel the staff, housekeeping and reception were very welcoming and friendly and helped with anything they could. We also had an in-room dining service during our stay with help from Yaqoob and Rohit. They did an amazing job delivering a fine dining experience inside the hotel room and on the balcony. An unforgettable experience and would recommend this hotel for everyone to try. It was in a great location on the Palm of Jumeriah in Dubai, U.A.E.

We had a great weekend and truly enjoyed our stay. A special thank you to Yanis, who welcomed us in the best way we could have imagined. The room he arranged for us had a stunning view and made our stay even more special. A big thank you as well to Sasi and Jar at the pool for their kindness and attentiveness throughout our stay. They were very professional, friendly, and always made sure we were well taken care of. Thank you all for making our experience so memorable. We will definitely come back!
