Had a jigsaw produced and sadly they advised image was too low resolution. I sent a new one and they then chose the wrong image and produced the original one that I’d sent in lower resolution but changed the dimensions. The jigsaw came without reference card and I am now left with a puzzle almost impossible to complete. To make matters worse it was a gift for someone. Terrible service after a lot of promises. Oh and delivery was later than they promised .

Customer service through whatsapp was super easy. Always promptly responding and delivering as promised. I got an engraved customized zippo and it came out to be as expected.
