Beautiful Hotel, the room was spacious, clean and have all the amenities that you need. The beds are super comfortable. Breakfast and food in the restaurants and main dining halls was in good quality and varied. The waterpark and the kids club is wonderful for the kids. The staff in the hotel are great and very helpful, at the pools, in the dinning room and in the house care. The reception clarks was also very helpful with any request and especially with arranging and modifying the room to suit our needs (Due to booking.com recommendation for the wrong type of room).

We have had a fantastic stay at The Westin Dubai. The service from the entire team has been excellent from start to finish, making us feel welcome and well looked after throughout our holiday. A huge thank you to Jhaymar Ronquillo, who has been outstanding and is a real asset to The Westin team. His friendly attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail made a real difference to our experience. The poolside service was exceptional. Food and drinks were always served promptly, and the staff regularly checked on us without ever making us feel ignored. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to everyone at The Westin for making our family holiday so enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

Stayed at Westin with waterpark access and it was a great family getaway! Room*: Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Everything was well-maintained and housekeeping was quick. Breakfast* : Good variety with both continental and hot options. Fresh fruits, pastries, eggs to order, and Arabic dishes. Buffet was well stocked and the dining area was spacious. Waterpark*: The highlight! Lots of slides, wave pool, . Clean, safe, and lifeguards were on point. Not too crowded on weekdays. Overall*: Love that you get hotel comfort + waterpark + beach all in one. Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend for a fun staycation in Dubai!

We stayed here for a family staycation and spent most of our time enjoying the swimming pools and the waterpark. Overall, the hotel is beautiful. The lobby is stunning, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the restaurants are excellent. The all-day dining restaurant was one of the highlights of our stay, offering a fantastic breakfast and dinner buffet with plenty of delicious options. One thing that was disappointing was the half-board package. Soft drinks were not included and were charged separately, which wasn’t clearly communicated during the booking process. It’s not about the extra cost, but it simply doesn’t make much sense for a half-board package, and I believe this should be made clear to guests before they book. I also have some feedback regarding the waterpark. The cleanliness could definitely be improved, and considering the size of the hotel, I expected a larger waterpark with more attractions and rides. It didn’t quite meet my expectations. That said, the service was outstanding throughout our stay. From the reception team to the restaurant and service staff, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, we had a pleasant family stay, and with a few improvements to the waterpark and more transparency regarding the half-board package, the experience could be even better.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and perfectly maintained. The pools, beach, Jungle Bay Waterpark, and all the facilities were outstanding and ideal for families with children. Every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. We truly felt that everyone cared about making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The restaurants were excellent, especially Bussola, where we enjoyed a fantastic dinner. We would also like to give special thanks to Swami, who provided exceptional service and made our evening truly memorable. We also sincerely appreciate the complimentary upgrade to The Westin. It made our vacation even more enjoyable, and we are very grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown by the hotel team. This was one of the best family vacations we have had, and we will definitely return. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

Our stay was truly wonderful, and a big part of that was because of ms. painjal. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Her hospitality, generosity, and caring attitude made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us, and we sincerely appreciate all her help and support throughout our stay. Thank you, ms. painjal, for your outstanding service and for making our experience so special. You are an amazing person and a true credit to the hotel. We look forward to staying here again because of wonderful staff like you!

My stay at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina was absolutely outstanding. The resort offers a perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and family-friendly facilities. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, while the private beach and pools created a relaxing atmosphere throughout the stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and the service from all staff members was warm, professional, and attentive. The location is ideal, with stunning views of Dubai Marina and easy access to many attractions. What impressed me most was the overall resort experience, including access to multiple pools, beach facilities, and activities for both adults and children. I highly recommend this resort for families, couples, and anyone looking for a premium beachfront stay in Dubai. I will definitely return again. 🌟🌟🌟 I want to thank mr.boula makar for his helping us to enjoy the stay.

We spent 2 nights at the hotel and we loved it. The staff were very friendly and helpful with everything we asked for. The rooms are clean, the restaurants had amazing variety of food. The waterpark access was a hit for the kids. Highly recommended to stay there.

I stayed 1 night here which was criminal considering how good this property. 1. Check in was smooth, Rooms were very very luxurious and clean. 2. Kid friendly! Although everything closed @5pm! 3. A lot of variety in the food but limited vegetarian options , but whatever we had was good 4. The view was also great. I just wish my stay was longer!
