Whether you're visiting for business or just taking a pleasure holiday, this place is in the perfect spot for a great getaway. The building itself is a total work of art—so much gorgeous marble and luxury finishes everywhere you look. It’s basically a massive resort, but still feels quiet and peaceful with literally everything you need right inside. The staff are super nice and the service is spot on. Some of the restaurants even have Michelin stars, and the buffet breakfast is honestly outstanding. The rooms are huge and really comfortable, and the pool and other amenities cover everything you could possibly imagine. An incredible experience all around!

Our experience here as a family was truly amazing! From the delicious food and wide variety of options to the exceptional housekeeping, everything was beyond our expectations. A big thank you to all the waiters and chefs, especially Vishnu, who served us with such warmth and kindness at the buffet, and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. A special thanks to our housekeeper also, who paid so much attention to details and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. Overall worth the money 😊

We had an amazing stay at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi. The grand lobby with its stunning chandeliers creates a fantastic first impression, and the views from the room and also especially of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque at night—are simply breathtaking. The hotel offers a great selection of high-end restaurants, and the food at the Punjabi restaurant was absolutely delicious. The breakfast spread was outstanding, with an excellent variety and quality that catered to every taste. The beautifully illuminated landscape at night adds to the charm of the property. A special thank you to the front desk team for their warm hospitality. They kindly arranged an early check-in, late check-out, and upgraded us to a sea-view room at no extra cost, which made our stay even more memorable. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and very comfortable, and the huge swimming pool was another highlight of our stay.

Super service Sensational ambience Mary at the reception made the check-in and check-out process a piece of cake. She was efficient, professional, and friendly, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. She is truly an asset to the hotel. Area for Improvement: The buffet breakfast experience could be enhanced by ensuring that empty food dishes are refilled more promptly. Additionally, the dosa and egg stations appeared to be understaffed, resulting in long queues. I, along with several other guests, had to wait quite a while to be served. Assigning additional staff to these live cooking stations during peak breakfast hours would significantly improve service speed and the overall guest experience. Also could have added some activities like table tennis and billiards using such a huge space .

When arriving for my appointment, she took the time to explain everything, gave me a tour of the spa, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Janica was an amazing professional therapist. The massage was relaxing from beginning to end, and it was clear that she is highly experienced and truly passionate about what she does. An absolutely breathtaking property that completely redefines luxury and hospitality! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The view of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque from the resort is stunning, especially during sunset. Rooms are incredibly spacious, elegantly designed, and spotless. We tried a couple of their restaurants and the food quality was top-notch, along with a fantastic breakfast spread. The pool area and private beach are perfect for relaxing. It is on the pricier side, but for the world-class experience and service you get, it is worth every single dirham. Can't wait to visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi. In fact, we found ourselves wishing we’d spent more time here instead of at ourth previous hotel during Eid holiday. From arrival to checkout, everything was exceptional. The concierge team, especially Christley, went above and beyond to assist us in every possible way. Camille from the Ritz Store was incredibly helpful as well. And the housekeeping team, particularly Phoo, truly stood out; she’s amazing. We’ll definitely be returning soon to enjoy all the fantastic amenities again.
