I had a disappointing experience at this dress store. We waited nearly an hour while other customers were prioritized and brought in ahead of us, which made us feel overlooked. When we were finally helped, the staff member was kind and polite. I can’t argue that they did have some beautiful dresses, but the quality didn’t match the very high prices - some had missing beads and even holes. For such expensive dresses, I expected a more welcoming, luxury experience, but that wasn’t the case.

I had a great experience at The Hour Dress during my second visit to them. The selection of dresses is beautiful, but what really made my visit pleasant was Catherine. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely eager to assist. Unlike the other ladies on my first visit who wasn’t trying to help and wanted to finish with us as fast as possible even tho we had an appointment and the store was not busy. However, Catherine went out of her way to help us find what we were looking for and made the whole experience much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for her if you visit!
