My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Swissotel Al Ghurair and truly enjoyed our experience. The place is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and welcoming, making our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. A special thank you to Ms. Raiza and Sir Sabir for their exceptional hospitality and warm service. Additional for letting us to join in their celebration of their Accor Anniversary. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. Their professionalism and genuine care made me feel very welcomed and valued as a guest. Thank you to the entire Swissotel team for making my stay memorable. I would definitely recommend Swissotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service. It's a great hotel for anyone that comes, even it's for business purposes or just holiday. The rooms are great and convenient, especially when it comes to a big family. The location was near the international airport and it was also connected to a mall which was so convenient. Customer service was also great, the staff were really quick to respond to any of your problems which was great. One thing I wish they would change would be to expand the variety of the breakfast buffet. Because there aren't too many options to choose from and so, I couldn't find much that I really like. Other than that though, it's a great hotel, it gives you such premium vibes and I love most parts of it.

I would like to commend Romeo for his exceptional service. He was very accommodating, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. He took the time to explain all the hotel facilities, including where they are located and their operating hours. He also informed us about the breakfast area and asked if we had breakfast included, making sure we knew where to go. Throughout our stay, Romeo always checked if we were doing well and if there was anything we needed. His attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you, Romeo, for your excellent hospitality. You truly deserve a 5-star rating. Keep up the great work!
