Unforgettable Weddings | Sofitel The Palm

I don’t usually write reviews, but after the most exceptional stay at Sofitel, I genuinely felt I had to. A huge special mention has to go to Rahul, who made our stay absolutely incredible. His hospitality was beyond amazing. He went above and beyond in every possible way to make sure we were happy, comfortable and that our stay felt truly special. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and the level of care and attention he showed us made such a difference. We travel almost every month and stay at many different hotels, but I can genuinely say this has been one of our best stays in a very long time. The service we received from Rahul was exceptional and is something we will definitely remember. Ibrahim at the front desk was also incredibly helpful and welcoming, and a special thank you to him for everything he did for us. We’d also like to mention Ernest, who was wonderful and contributed to making our stay so memorable. The team really made this experience stand out for us, and we left feeling so well looked after. Thank you, especially to Rahul, Ibrahim and Ernest, for making our stay so special. We will definitely be returning! 🤍
