Sky Zone Dubai – Birthday Parties

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was enjoyable from start to finish. Definitely a great place for families and kids to have fun together! 💙✨job well done to the staff Ms. Tifanny and Angela Highly recommended! We’ll definitely come back again! 😊

Celebrated my son’s birthday at Sky Zone, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The venue was energetic, fun, and perfectly organized for a children’s birthday party. The kids had an amazing time jumping, playing, and enjoying all the different activities. There was never a dull moment, and it was great to see everyone so excited and engaged throughout the celebration. The staff were friendly, helpful, and ensured everything ran smoothly, allowing parents to relax and enjoy the occasion as well. The facility was clean, safe, and well-maintained, creating the perfect environment for children to have fun and burn off energy. Most importantly, my son had the best birthday celebration and couldn’t stop talking about how much he enjoyed it. Thank you to the entire Sky Zone team for helping create such wonderful memories. We highly recommend it for birthday parties and family fun, and we will definitely be back again.

I recently visited Sky Zone Trampoline Park and had a really fun experience overall. The place is spacious, clean, and packed with a variety of activities like freestyle jumping, dodgeball, and even a zipline, so there’s definitely something for everyone. And with all amazing staff😍 It’s a great spot for both kids and adults to burn some energy and enjoy a different kind of workout. The atmosphere is lively, and it’s especially perfect for group outings or birthday celebrations. Many people mention that events here are well organized and super enjoyable.  However, the experience can depend on the staff and timing. Sometimes there are minor issues like strict rules or extra requirements (for example, special socks), which could be communicated more clearly.  Overall, I would recommend Sky Zone if you’re looking for an active and entertaining place in Dubai. It’s a great way to have fun, stay active, and try something different indoors.

We held Bailey's 5th birthday and all the kids have fun. We all enjoyed and all the Filipino staff are very accommodatong and helpful esp Janie, Mark and Lady. Foods are good too and everyone have a smile on their faces when we left 🙏🫂🥰

We recently celebrated our son’s 10th birthday at Sky Zone with a group of 11 kids, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. Julie was especially helpful from the start and recommended a package that worked really well for us. Thanks to her guidance, the kids had an amazing time enjoying the trampoline park, food, and the overall birthday setup. They absolutely loved it and finished the celebration with ceramic painting, which was a lovely touch. A big thank you as well to Grey and Angela for their support and assistance. The staff overall were warm, kind, and very accommodating. Special shoutout again to Julie for helping make the day smooth and memorable.

Had a lovely experience at Sky Zone today. All the guys who work there are so friendly and helpful. Shout out to Angela who was extra helpful and provided excellent service. This is a fantastic place for kids to have fun while being physical. Much better than using devices !!

Very disappointing experience due to poor communication and unprofessional handling. We enrolled our children in January under a Buy One Get One monthly offer. Initially, everything seemed fine, but over subsequent visits the experience consistently declined. The elevator and escalators were not working, and it was never clearly communicated that this would be an ongoing issue. We have a toddler who is always in a stroller, which made access extremely difficult. Although staff mentioned that assistance would be provided, no one actively helped. On one occasion, my wife had to manage both children and the stroller on her own. Another ongoing issue was confusion around sock requirements. At the time of enrollment, there was no clear explanation about specific sock color or design requirements. On one visit, my child was sent out of the play area multiple times instead of staff coming to speak with us directly. My wife had to repeatedly approach the reception desk to clarify the situation. During our most recent visit, despite having blue and orange socks, we were informed they were not acceptable due to shade and strip requirements. This was again something that had never been communicated earlier. These constantly changing rules created unnecessary stress and frustration, especially for children. What concerned me most was a situation where a staff member sent my child out of the play area without coming out to explain why. I had to ask my child who sent him out, which is unacceptable from customer service perspective. I also had an unpleasant interaction with the manager, Mohammed. When I asked if I could take a photo, my phone was taken from my hand abruptly (was partially my fault for having him in photo but really snatcing my phone and not giving back is rude). The way the situation was handled felt aggressive and unprofessional. Although explanations were given later, the manner in which this interaction took place left a very negative impression. Overall, the lack of clear communication, inconsistent rule enforcement, insufficient staff support, and unprofessional behavior have made this a very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I would not consider enrolling my children here again.
