The area is quite big. Alot of challenging and fun games awaits you inside. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. It is a child friendly place and fun. There's no long queue upon entering. Have free foods and gears are included in the entrance fee. It so cold inside so better be prepared to experience Antarctica zone...

Ski Dubai is AWESOME!! This is my second timer here. We did almost everyone. I highly highly recommend you do the penguin experience. It was absolutely awesome. The only is it cool to touch the penguins and take pictures with them, but the trainer was amazing. He was so nice to meet and so informative so much information to I just highly recommended. Everything here is just absolutely so well done staff is so friendly and helpful and you get to experience snow in the middle of the desert. We did the ski lift we did the rides we played in the snow. It just absolutely is something you have to experience if you come to Dubai. Highly recommend! where did the summer pass dusk include the free hamburger and drink we did not do that. We weren’t really hungry and we came in the morning and just wanted to play so we kind of miss that part but we’re so glad that we got the summer pass. Let us do everything we wanted to as many times we wanted to, and we just enjoyed being there and enjoying the snow in the desert. Hope this helps.

We were an Indian family visiting Ski Dubai again after twenty years. My daughter was just two when she first visited. They have successfully maintained the same amount of fun and quality as it was when first opened. Staff is courteous, lots of fun things to do inside. We visited in May last week on a weekday when there was very low crowds and were able to do almost all rides twice. They give you suits and gloves and shoes. There a food court inside and vegetarians can have shakes, Nachos, pancakes, fries. We loved the Penguins. Absolutely recommended for fun family bonding time.

Amazing winter vibes – just skip the extras if you’re not into rides Went to Ski Dubai in Mall of the Emirates this Eid holidays and it was honestly such a cool break from Dubai heat. The moment you walk in, you’re in a proper winter wonderland – real snow, freezing air, and slopes you can actually ski down. If you love snow play, building snowmen, and just hanging out in the snow park, you’ll have a blast. The staff are super helpful, gear is included, and the place is clean and well organized. My tip: If you’re not into rides, just get the regular Snow Classic pass. I made the mistake of looking at Snow Plus/Premium thinking “more is better.” But if you don’t care for tubing, zorb balls, bumper cars, or the Mountain Thriller, you’re paying extra for stuff you won’t use. Snow Classic gives you full access to the snow park, the play areas, and the vibe for way less. You can still take photos, and enjoy the snow. The rides are fun if you’re with kids or adrenaline junkies, but for adults who just want a chill snowy escape, Classic is perfect. Saves you money and you won’t feel like you’re rushing between attractions. Overall 9/10 experience. Go early on weekdays if you want it less crowded. And bring a few layers under the suit – it’s proper cold in there! Would I go again? Absolutely. But next time it’s Snow Classic all the way.

The highlight for me was definitely the penguin show 🐧 it was unique, entertaining, and something you don’t get to see every day. There’s also a great variety of activities and games, so you never feel bored. Whether you’re there to ski, play in the snow, or just enjoy the atmosphere, there’s something for everyone. Overall, it’s 100% worth the visit and I’d definitely go again!

Really cool indoor ski and snow park for both kids and adults. I just passed by to explore the facility so I didn’t get to try skiing — you need to book an instructor and it depends on availability. The chairlift goes around the whole slope and park, which is a nice experience, and the temperature inside is perfectly chilly ❄️⛷️ Snowfall isn’t continuous and is only turned on at times to refill the area. Rental suits are warm enough and include gloves and boots, but I recommend bringing your own warm hat since it’s not provided. Staff were accommodating, and my package also came with hot chocolate — nice touch. ☕️❄️

Wow, what a perfect experience! I came with a friend for a day of snowboarding. The entire staff was nice and welcoming. They welcomed us right away and helped us get our pre-ordered tickets and collect the equipment that was good enough for surfing. We only went in to surf, but there are many other attractions that are worth it for the family and children. I will definitely be back with the rest of the family.
