⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review We recently stayed at the Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort for an all-inclusive girls' getaway and farewell celebration, and I cannot praise the team enough. A special thank you to Johan, John, Shares, and Lijesh at Azure Pool Bar. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Whether we were relaxing by the pool, dining in the restaurant, or enjoying drinks in the evening, they were always there with a smile, exceptional service, and genuine care. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their attention to detail made all the difference. They looked after our group of eight girls so well and played a huge part in making our celebration so special. The level of hospitality they provided was outstanding and truly exceeded our expectations. The resort itself was fantastic, but it was the staff who made the experience exceptional. Thank you for helping create such amazing memories and for giving our friend the perfect send-off. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, a wonderful atmosphere, and staff who genuinely care about their guests. Had a fabulous stay at the Sheraton JBR Blessing at the breakfast reception was wonderful a very welcoming. So polite and helpful, engaging with my small baby an older daughter. Even brought us a “Thank you for staying” cake. Lovely gesture x The chef also came to thank us whilst at breakfast and to make sure we was enjoying the food. Breakfast was lovely, really fresh foods Rooms was perfect, newly renovated and really clean. In all we had a fantastic stay and would 100% definitely be staying again.
