Extremely disappointing experience at Ready Set Go! Atlantis for my daughter’s 4th birthday. We booked the most expensive package (almost AED 6,000 excluding cake and extras) expecting a premium experience, but it was completely the opposite. The party room was handed over 30 minutes late while all guests had already arrived, causing unnecessary stress and embarrassment. Decorations were incomplete, poor quality, and looked rushed — my daughter’s name literally started peeling off minutes after entering the room, ruining photos. We were also misled about the entertainment schedule. We were told children would be engaged throughout the 2-hour package, but activities lasted only around 30 minutes before kids became bored and left the room. What made the experience even worse was the rude and dismissive attitude of the manager on duty, who showed no accountability or professionalism despite all the obvious issues. Most concerning was discovering that the venue does not properly track whether children and guests have exited the premises, which raises serious safety concerns for a children’s venue. Overall, this was a huge waste of money and one of the worst party experiences we’ve had. Very disappointing considering the premium pricing and promises made.

I recently celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Ready Steady Go, and it was truly an amazing experience. Everything was handled perfectly from start to finish. The decoration team did a beautiful job and brought the whole theme together exactly as I imagined. A special thank you to the café chef, Romnick, who went above and beyond — he turned an AI image of the cake into reality, and it looked absolutely stunning. We were genuinely impressed by the attention to detail and effort. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations. The kids had a great time, the setup was smooth, and the team was very professional. Highly recommended for anyone planning a birthday celebration!
