Voice - Connection - Play at Oli Oli review by Tricia Hamilton A great evening at Oli Oli. With precision steps, Melissa worked her magic to bring all the ladies out of their comfort zones to unlock our ‘Diva Core’. The tasks involved sounds that build up in challenging steps to use our brains in new ways. Increasing speed, demanding details and movement all contributed to reach melodies and harmonies within the group. Every sound was a delight, as a group of unfamiliar ladies formed connections that linked us and took up to a cohesive voice. As Melissa noted, ‘You can all sing.’ Exploring ‘The Adventure Play’ with laughter together was a delight. Bringing in different senses added another dimension too. From light sensory imaging to furious and fascination air flow, we were engaged together. The finale, inside the giant sculpted crochet net was a highlight as we sang together. The words still float in my mind. How clever to link the voice and play in this joyful experience. Can’t wait for the next one. Well done, Melissa & Oli Oli

Had a great family day out at OliOli and really enjoyed the overall experience. The interactive exhibits and hands-on activities kept the kids engaged for hours, making it both fun and educational. There was plenty to explore, and it was wonderful seeing the children learn, play, and use their imagination throughout the visit. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. While a few areas felt quite busy and some activities could have had shorter waiting times, the experience was still very enjoyable overall. After all the fun, we headed for BBQ pizza, which was the perfect way to end the day. The pizza was delicious, fresh, and packed with flavor, making for a great family meal after an active afternoon. Overall, a memorable outing with lots of smiles, learning, and good food. Definitely worth a visit for families with young children.
