Recently decided to do a solo staycation, first solo stay for one night only. The experience was so good I ended up staying an additional night. The spacious apartment and views were just amazing. But the staff were next level, the brunch was amazing and everyone was attentive and very accommodating. Food to die for especially if you’re a carnivore like me. The Croft deserves a review of its own, caught a few soccer matches there and even though I was alone the staff never made me feel that way. I still felt like I was surrounded by friends. A special thanks to Christeen, Surendu, Sayanta and Phiba. I’m sure I’m missing names but everyone was absolutely amazing. Hakim from the bell service team also just a star. He even remembered me from a stay a year ago and that was touching. Arif was also amazing and helped me find my driver on checkout. The service was just genuine hospitality that made me feel at home. Then there’s the hotel manager Darin, never have I seen such a hands on person in his position, omnipresent. With a leader like that it’s no wonder the teams I encountered were that amazing.

During this holiday, we had an amazing staycation with our family & friends at Dubai Marriott Harbour Hotel & Suites. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the entire experience was exceptional. The beautiful rooms, stunning views of Dubai Marina & the Palm, excellent facilities, and warm atmosphere made our stay truly memorable. A heartfelt thank you to Hira, Hari, Lokesh, Devi, Rania, Soulef, Rojina, and Riyaz for their outstanding hospitality and for going the extra mile to make us feel so welcomed and cared for. Their genuine kindness, professionalism, and attention to every little detail made all the difference. A truly relaxing and wonderful getaway. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again soon!
