I walked in the store at 11:55 PM on February 13th (5 mins before closing) and it was clear the employees were super busy because of VDAY. The way Alex helped me out with a bouquet at the last minute was amazing. She saved me and was so accommodating. I will DEFINITELY without a doubt come back to this store, because of Alex.
