The whole experience with Linked was an absolute delight from start to finish. Firstly, the owner Em is so quick and responsive on WhatsApp; she was genuine and lovely and answered every question I had in detail, sharing pictures to compliment her descriptions so that I had full understanding of what to expect. She was so easy to talk to and so patient; it felt like nothing was too much for her. She sent me all the catalogues and price list immediately once requested and I love how transparent and honest she was in all her detailed responses. I went to her house for a home visit (but she also does home visits to the client’s home!) and loved her little studio set up. Em is impeccable, dedicated and passionate when it comes to her work, her precision with every detail was impressive. Not to mention she is so careful and gentle. Even when I changed one particular detail at the last minute, she was so accommodating and kind. As a customer, there is nothing more comforting than someone who understands this and actually takes the time to help with the decision-making. She genuinely wants her clients to be happy, and that really set her apart for me. I trusted her instantly and enjoyed having a friendly chat with her during the entire process. She’s not just an avid worker, but a lovely person all-around. It felt like the appointment went by so quickly, and I sincerely LOVED the result. My bracelet is beautiful, simple, light (I hate heavy, clunky jewelry so if you’re like me - this is perfect for you) and sits on my wrist in a way that makes it so easy for everyday wear. Hence why it’s the perfect choice for permanent jewelry! I loved the special added touch of the plane charm, as travel is such a significant, meaningful part of my life. It’s a nice reminder to see every day. I am practically counting down the days until I go back for my next set, either another bracelet or an anklet this time! Will happily give Linked my business from here on out - Em deserves all the recognition and respect for her work. She will be (and should be) a leading choice in the jewelry world.
