We had an amazing stay at the InterContinental! A special thank you to Sakhi at the front desk for his outstanding hospitality. He was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Our stay was truly amazing from start to finish! Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. What made our experience even more special was the warm hospitality of the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and approachable, always greeting us with genuine smiles that made us feel comfortable and valued. We would especially like to commend the reception staff, particularly Keanu and Yana, for their exceptional service. They were so kind, accommodating, and professional throughout our stay. Their warm attitude, attentiveness, and willingness to assist truly stood out and made a lasting impression on us. They made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of, which made our experience even more memorable. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and special. We truly appreciated the excellent service and would definitely love to come back!
