Great gym, great facilities, great atmosphere had a blast heading down there on the weekends! The turnaround this gym has had is world class! Classes are well structured for whichever level your fitness is at, the instructors read the room well, and ensure you’ve had a great time most importantly! Big shout out to Athena, Mazen and Ross for their efforts, will be coming back 💪🏼

Dear Five Palm Jumeirah Team, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the truly exceptional experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. Five Palm Jumeirah offers the perfect vacation in every sense — outstanding facilities, breathtaking views, beautiful rooms, and an atmosphere that combines luxury with warmth and comfort. Every detail reflects excellence and thoughtful hospitality. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was your remarkable staff. The kindness, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the entire team were simply outstanding. I would especially like to recognize Marco, whose service went above and beyond. His attentiveness, positive attitude, and dedication made a real difference and elevated our experience to the highest level. It is rare to find a hotel that delivers perfection both in amenities and in human touch — and Five Palm Jumeirah does exactly that. I wholeheartedly recommend your hotel to anyone seeking a flawless and memorable vacation in Dubai. Thank you again for everything. Warm regards, Miri Atias

True 5-Star Service is Defined by the Recovery To me, a hotel's true 5-star status isn't tested when things go perfectly; it is tested when things go wrong. It is about how the management team works together to turn a stressful situation into the premium experience you pay for. My stay had a rocky start with some room location issues and a significant kitchen mix-up with a dessert. However, the way the team handled it was exceptional. I want to specifically commend the Duty Manager, Mr. Mustafa. He didn't just apologize; he took ownership. He immediately upgraded me to a Sea View suite (which completely saved the trip), personally corrected errors on my mini-bar bill, and ensured I was comfortable. Furthermore, when I had an issue with a food order, I didn't just get a refund—I received a personal apology from both the Chef and the Supervisor. That level of accountability is rare. If you are looking for a hotel that actually listens to its guests and cares about their satisfaction, FIVE Palm Jumeirah delivers. Thank you to the team for turning this around. And last but not least special thanks to Rajesh, Eka and many more you worked hard, effortlessly, flawlessly and with love and care! Thank you/terimah kasih!!

Asif and Mr. Ganesh were great. They made us feel very welcome during our stay. It was my son’s Birthday and they took the time to make him feel special. They even brought him a birthday treat to our table. Definitely recommend!
