Escape Hunt Dubai – Team Building

Went as a group of 6 having booked a room that someone had already done, so the guys inside gave us the option to change as another one was available. Nashed was super helpful with assisting us right from the begining and was very welcoming. Will definitely be coming again to do the other rooms

My team today played the Alice in Wonderland room at Escape Hunt in The Galleria Mall, Dubai, and overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. The room was genuinely challenging, well thought out, and packed with clever puzzles that required teamwork and communication. We were pleased to complete it in under an hour, which made the experience even more rewarding. What prevented this from being a five-star experience was the customer service aspect at the beginning of our visit. Unfortunately, the game master (Filipina staff) who welcomed us appeared quite stoic and disengaged. The explanation of the game mechanics felt robotic and lacked warmth, enthusiasm, or any effort to build excitement before the game started. There was no real introduction to the venue or welcoming remarks, which made the experience feel somewhat impersonal from the outset. I understand that everyone can have an off day, and this may not reflect the usual standards of Escape Hunt. However, for an entertainment venue where customer engagement and immersion are such important parts of the experience, the welcome sets the tone for everything that follows. As someone who works in luxury retail, I strongly believe that first impressions last. The way guests are greeted and engaged during the first few minutes can significantly influence their overall perception of the experience. While the Alice in Wonderland room itself was excellent and absolutely worth trying, a more welcoming and enthusiastic approach from the host would have elevated the experience considerably. Despite this, I would still recommend Escape Hunt for the quality of its escape rooms, particularly the Alice in Wonderland challenge.

Had such a great time at Escape Hunt! We did the Alice in Wonderland room and it was genuinely impressive. The creativity that went into the puzzles and the decor is amazing it felt like a real adventure. It’s definitely a workout for your brain, but in the best way possible. Super fun, super creative, and a must-do in Dubai if you like a good challenge. We’ll definitely be back for another room soon

We went as a 5 person group and we had such a great experience. Five people felt like the perfect number, everyone stayed involved, and we were constantly communicating and solving different parts of the room at the same time. The room design was immersive and detailed, and the puzzles were challenging without being overwhelming. It really pushed us to work together and think creatively. The staff was friendly, organized, and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something fun and different to do in Dubai with friends. We’ll definitely be back to try another room!

As a big escape room fan, I have to say this is one of the best venues I’ve ever visited. The entire place is exceptionally clean, and the overall quality of the rooms and equipment is outstanding. Nothing was worn out or broken – everything worked perfectly, which really enhances the immersive experience. We enjoyed it so much that we immediately booked a second room right after finishing the first one. Both games were exciting, challenging, and incredibly fun. A special thanks to Mr. Nesh for the excellent support from the warm welcome all the way to the friendly goodbye. His professionalism and enthusiasm made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back – next time to try Atlantis. I’ve heard it’s extremely challenging, and I’m already looking forward to it!

Amazing experience! The quest was really well thought out, with clever puzzles and a great sense of immersion. Everything felt logical and engaging, and the atmosphere kept us fully involved from start to finish. A very enjoyable and memorable experience — highly recommended for anyone who loves smart challenges and teamwork.

Alice in Puzzle Land was challenging but super fun! The puzzles were great, and the theme was immersive. After the game, we played chess and Jenga. Highly recommend! 🤩

Went to Escape Hunt yesterday and it was such a blast. We did two rooms and both were super fun and full of hype. Big shoutout to our host Afra ,she was insanely sweet and made the whole experience way more fun with her energy. Honestly she made the day. Definitely recommending this place.
