Elixir Coterie

I rarely post negative reviews, but I believe it's important to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. We hired this team to manage the bar service for our events based on the commitments they made before the booking. Unfortunately, the execution fell well below expectations. Some of the major issues we experienced included: • Staff did not arrive in the agreed uniform and changed only after we pointed it out. • The bar setup was significantly delayed despite multiple reminders. • The service lacked initiative, and basic responsibilities had to be repeatedly instructed by the event organizers. • Some of the bartenders displayed unprofessional behavior, which negatively affected the guest experience. • It was evident that the team had not been properly briefed before the event, leading to confusion and poor coordination throughout. As a guest perspective, we expect vendors to deliver what is promised without constant follow-up. Unfortunately, we spent a significant portion of the event managing issues that should have been handled by the service team. I hope this feedback is taken constructively so that future clients receive the level of service that was committed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Incredible experience! Outstanding presentation, premium setup, and top-tier service. The cocktails weren't just drinks; they were an absolute highlight of the night. If you’re looking for a professional bar service that brings a classy vibe, this is it.

One of the best bar catering teams for destination weddings! Super professional bartenders who keep the vibe high at every function Haldi, Mehndi, Cocktail, Baraat, and the big day. Love how they create bar concepts as per the wedding theme. Amazing service, great energy, and totally worth it. Highly recommended!
