Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina. The view was amazing, and the hotel itself was excellent. The breakfast experience was truly outstanding—everything was tidy, fresh, and beautifully organized. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always smiling, making us feel at home. A special thanks to Sharry for her kindness and professionalism. She made our mornings even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I absolutely loved this hotel! Everything about it was wonderful, especially the exceptional service. Every member of the staff went out of their way to be attentive, welcoming, and genuinely kind. All of the staff were fantastic, but I would especially like to mention Sophia from the breakfast room. She always made sure we were comfortable, checked that we had everything we needed, and paid close attention to every detail. Her warmth and professionalism made our mornings even more enjoyable. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We are truly grateful!

Great place to stay, consistent, reliable, clean and genuinely warm people all around. Whether you are staying for vacation or business, it ticks all the boxes. The rooms are consistently clean, thoughtfully equipped with practical amenities.. The location is excellent — walking distance to cafés and restaurants, right by the marina, with beautiful views. Food and service is great. The team at the breakfast room are genuinely warm, kind and joyfully attentive. Sophia, Sharry, are a standout—and truly- the whole team in the breakfast room are wonderful, kind, attentive and really efficient. Special thank you to everyone in the breakfast room, from the manager, the barista, the chef and all the staff- all lovely and amazing. Thank you for making our stay memorable.
