Co Chocolat brings chocolate making to life through experiences at its café and factory in Warsan 3, Dubai. For guests planning a celebration or a shared activity, its workshops offer a chance to explore cacao, learn practical skills and enjoy time together. The focus is on discovering how chocolate is made, with opportunities to create, taste and take something home.
Its Bean-to-Bar Chocolate Making Workshop takes a small group through the process of transforming whole, fermented cacao beans into chocolate. Guided by a maître chocolatier, participants discover the work behind a finished bar while taking part in the different stages themselves.
The three-hour experience combines a guided workshop with a factory tour and a snack break. Held in the factory’s Activity Room, it gives guests a setting where learning and participation form the centre of the occasion.
The workshop welcomes groups of up to six participants, making it an option for an intimate celebration or an outing with friends. Smaller groups can also attend under the fixed group pricing structure. A seventh participant may be added for an extra charge with advance notice.
The bean-to-bar experience includes:
Chocolatier guidance: Learn with a specialist leading the chocolate-making process.
Practical chocolate making: Take part in the stages from cacao beans to finished chocolate.
Factory discovery: Explore Co Chocolat through a guided factory tour.
Refreshments: Enjoy light snacks, drinks and a cacao tea tasting.
Take-home treats: The package includes six handcrafted 30g chocolate bars and roasted cacao beans.
Workshop keepsakes: Receive a completion certificate, with an apron provided for use during the session.
Beyond the bean-to-bar workshop, Co Chocolat’s experience offering includes factory tours, chocolate tastings, birthdays, school visits and corporate events. Its wider range also includes chocolate gifts, customisation and catering, providing different ways to bring chocolate into a celebration.
For groups who enjoy food-based activities, the workshop gives the gathering a shared purpose. Guests can discover an ingredient’s journey, compare observations and leave with a closer understanding of the chocolate they enjoy.
Bean-to-bar sessions are scheduled for the last Sunday of the month, subject to the booking calendar. The workshop is best suited to participants aged twelve and above.
Contact Co Chocolat to discuss your preferred date, group size and any dietary requirements. With practical learning, tasting and a factory visit in one experience, the workshop offers a distinctive way to spend time together.

I visited with my kids, and we had an amazing time making our own chocolate! Each of us created two chocolate bars, choosing the fillings, the name, and even the packaging to suit our own taste. Before the workshop, we learned all about chocolate—from how cocoa is grown to how it’s turned into delicious chocolate. A huge thanks to Mhariela and Ar. You were absolutely fantastic!

We did the farm to bar experience. We learned all about the cacao and how it is grown and then created into the chocolate we know and love. We tried so many different chocolates and then made our own beautiful creations to take home. AR was a brilliant guide, he made the whole experience so interactive and interesting. Highly recommend. Will return with my school for a trip in the future!
