I really appreciate the service, reasonable rate, and punctuality. However, I’m disappointed with the quality of the work. I tried reaching out to address my concern, but unfortunately, I received no response. I compared the design I selected with what I actually received, and the difference is quite significant. I understand that slight variations can happen, but this was noticeably different from what I expected. Unfortunately, due to the lack of response and the quality issue, this will definitely be my first and last purchase. I hope they can improve both the quality and customer communication moving forward.

Even though it was a long-distance delivery, the flowers arrived right on time and were absolutely beautiful! A special thanks to Dee from customer service, who was incredibly helpful and kept me updated on the rider's location the entire time. Excellent service!

I ordered a birthday cake and some balloons to be delivered same day which was done quite quickly. Unfortunately, the cake looked absolutely nothing like the picture on the website which is terribly disappointing and looked terribly cheap in the birthday pics. Whilst several size options were able to order for some cake designs, the final product shouldn’t differ significantly from the photos. Completely unacceptable.
