We had a wonderful experience at the pool bar, thanks to Dimuth. He was incredibly active, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. His warm and contagious smile made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. What really stood out was his dedication to great service. Even after we moved to another area by the pool, he came over to check if we needed anything, which we truly appreciated. Unfortunately, our experience at the indoor bar was the complete opposite. We sat there for about 30 minutes with three staff members present, yet no one approached us or even asked if we needed anything. Dimuth’s professionalism, friendliness, and excellent customer service made a huge difference to our overall experience. He is truly an asset to the team, and we hope he receives the recognition he deserves. Thank you, Dimuth!

The service was very slow, looks like there were too few employees at the bar. The choice of beer is not great, but the cocktails are fine, the food quality was very nice. I really liked the system with tokens, when you use the token number to pay, so no need to carry the credidt card in the pool. The beach is small and covered with seaweeds. The swimming area is not properly separated from the boat landing area. During the boarding the bag searching process does not look nice, but it is understandable. But today the security forbade a family to bring some non-alcoholic bevarage in a tiny thermal flask for the kids. Amazing, he saved you probably the price of two additional soft drinks but this looked ugly. Generally, I was expecting something better than the other resorts that are easier to reach.

One of my favorite places for a weekend getaway! Whether I come alone or with friends, I always have a great time. Beautiful beach, nice swimming pool, good restaurant and bar, and the staff are always kind and welcoming. A beautiful hotel set on a picturesque island just off the coast of Abu Dhabi. We stayed during the week, and by the evening it felt as though we had the entire island to ourselves. We even had the hotel’s beach almost entirely to ourselves, which made for a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing experience. The island has a charming atmosphere and almost feels like a “light version of the Maldives,” with stunning views of the Abu Dhabi skyline. The rooms are starting to show their age and would certainly benefit from a renovation. However, the outstanding service and exceptional location more than make up for this. The complimentary boat shuttle to and from the hotel was seamless and very well organized. Overall, we had a lovely stay and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful beach, the tranquil surroundings, and the unique island setting.

It’s a fantastic destination for families with children, offering plenty of kids’ activities and a great children’s pool. The food is excellent, and adults can enjoy the pool bar, as well as the weekend brunches. Even if you’re not staying overnight, it’s worth visiting for a day trip. However, I highly recommend staying at the hotel because once the day visitors leave, it truly feels like your own private island. The restaurant is stylish and serves outstanding food. It’s also pet-friendly, with dedicated areas for your furry companions. Overall, an amazing place with exceptional service. The place is absolutely amazing! The environment is so chill and relaxing — a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The food is really good, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Junaid and Brenda for their excellent service. They have a big swimming pool, live DJ, and plenty of beach activities to enjoy. The sunset here is truly beautiful and adds to the whole experience. A big thank you to Mr. Lakmal for the wonderful hospitality.

I stayed in one of the villas and absolutely loved the fine white sand, huge green grounds, uncrowded beach, with gazelles spotted in the early evenings and mornings. Generous breakfast portions, clean huge luxurious bedrooms, clean daily towels thanks to all the courteous and friendly staffs including Madan. I recommend this resort to families who are looking for an escape to an island without actually leaving the city.

Today we booked 3 Villas and the resort island with my friends . Dickson was accommodating and helpful. Maden from housekeeping arrange my friends extra bed and always helpful and polite The private pool villa was spacious and clean, and the staff were very friendly. The speedboat transfer made the experience special. Great for a peaceful weekend Eid getaway.
